Can you really quote from a photo?+
Yes. A clear shot of the outdoor unit or the furnace nameplate is enough to start. We tell you whether a repair will hold or a new system is the better buy, and we put that price in writing.
What if I don’t have cash for a new system?+
The Comfort Plan is $0 down, with service and maintenance in one monthly payment for 10 or 12 years. A loan is separate: less upfront, and repairs are still extra. The agreement sets the payment.
Should I wait until the system breaks?+
Old units tend to fail on the hottest or coldest day, when an emergency visit costs more. Call while it is still running and we can repair it on your schedule, or replace it before it quits.
Can’t I just repair it one more time?+
Sometimes repair is the right call, and we will say so. If the unit is past its life, another repair bill does not fix the root problem. We price both so you can choose.
We’re selling the house soon. Is an upgrade worth it?+
A working system is a selling point, not just a cost. If you use the lease, it can transfer to the next owner.
What do I get after the work?+
On a new system, the comfort plan can include maintenance and a parts-and-labor warranty. Either way, you still have someone to call when the unit acts up.
